Exhibitor Entry Forms
The Big Butler Fair welcomes exhibitors from Butler County and all surrounding counties to compete in livestock, agriculture, home arts, and general exhibit categories. Whether you are a 4-H member, FFA participant, or independent exhibitor, the Big Butler Fair provides a competitive and welcoming showcase for agricultural excellence at Western Pennsylvania’s largest county fair.
All livestock exhibitors must submit advance entries. Livestock entries are due June 1st. Any entries postmarked or delivered to the fair office after June 1st will not be accepted. General exhibit entries are not required to register by June 1st. However, early registration will speed up your entry process at the fair.

Youth Exhibitor Policy
All youth under the age of 18 staying on the fairgrounds without a parent between the hours of 12 midnight and 5:00 AM must have a signed parental permission form designating another adult as the youth’s night-time chaperone.
