From classic funnel cakes and corn dogs to ice-cold lemonade and slow-cooked gyros, our food vendors serve up something for every craving. Whether you are visiting from Butler, Pittsburgh, or anywhere in Western Pennsylvania, the food alone is worth the trip to the largest county fair in the region. Food vendors at the Big Butler Fair open daily at 11:00 AM and serve throughout the day and into the evening. Sweet or salty, American or international, there is a vendor for every taste.

Lemonade

It all starts with a fresh squeeze of lemon. Fresh-squeezed lemonade is one of the most popular treats at the Big Butler Fair, and for good reason. Each cup is handcrafted with real lemons for the perfect balance of sweet and sour on a hot summer day.

Gyro

Try one—you know you want to!

Jy-roh or hee-roh? No matter how you pronounce it, a gyro adds up to one thing: pure tastiness. Slow-cooked & thinly-shaved lamb, plus your favorite sandwich toppings like lettuce, tomato and Tzatziki on a cool pita are heavenly to bite into between all of the festivities.

Who wants funnel cake? If you’re thinking, “Me! I do!” then boy do we have a treat for you! We deep fry our large funnel cakes and serve ‘em up any way you can think of. Are you a traditionalist? Better stick with classic powdered sugar. A rebel? We’ll load you up with strawberries and whipped cream! However you like it best, funnel cake is simply the perfect dessert to enjoy at the Big Butler Fair!
